Eric Abidal heaped praise on Paul Pogba and said it is no surprise the 23-year-old - who has been linked with a move to Real Madrid - is wanted by top clubs.
The former France international, who won four La Liga titles during his six years stint at the Camp Nou, has told his compatriot that the La Liga champions Barcelona are "the best club in the world" and the midfield ace should consider joining Luis Enrique's side if he ever thinks of leaving Juventus.
"It is no surprise that the great teams want to sign Pogba," he said to Cadena COPE.
"People talk about his talent, but he is still young. He is doing very well at Juventus but he did not show his best level during his first Euro 2016 game.
"He can be an interesting player for Real Madrid, but he is already a key piece for Juventus.
"I don't know what his dream is and he has to make his own decision, but Barca is the best club in the world."
