Argentine striker quashes reports linking him with a move to Barca.
Sergio Aguero has poured cold water on reports linking him with a move to Barcelona at the end of the 2020-21 season.
The Manchester City star responded by telling people to "hold on a little" as the Sergio Aguero transfer rumours made the rounds.
Aguero, who has been sidelined for most parts of the campaign, is out of contract at the end of the season, and it is believed that the Cityzens might not offer him a new contract.
There is also a probability of Barcelona losing Lionel Messi when the LaLiga campaign comes to an end, so it comes as no surprise that Los Cules are linked with Aguero since they’ll be looking for a replacement or a striker.
“They are all writing Barca, Barca, Barca,” the 32-year-old said on his official Twitch channel.
“Let's hold on a little, have a look. Stop. We are still with City.”
Aguero, who has been at the Etihad for almost a decade added: “Maybe I will think about it when the international break starts and I have more time.”
