Olivier Giroud labelled Arsenal's qualification for the Champions League last 16 as a "fantastic feeling" after they beat Olympiacos 3-0 on Wednesday night.
The France international scored a hat-trick in Greece to book the Gunners' place in the knockout stages, as they sealed second spot in Group F.
"It is fantastic for me. We are happy with this result tonight," he told www.arsenal.com.
"We missed the chance two or three years ago and also this year in Monaco so it is nice to go through the group stage as we were not in a good position. Finally we have done it for the fans and I feel very nice.
"Maybe [it was my best performance for Arsenal], because I scored three goals," Giroud added.
"I worked hard for the team and I had the feeling before the game that I would have the chance to score. We have succeeded to complete another clean sheet and it is good for the confidence for the weekend."
