Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho believes Arsene Wenger has the dream job all football managers would like to have.
The Frenchman has been the manager of the north London club since 1996 and has won three Premier League titles, five FA Cups and helped engineer the move from Highbury to the Emirates stadium.
After the moving to the new stadium, Wenger went on a nine year spell without winning a silverware and despite complaints from fans, the board stood by him. He won the FA Cup last season and barely missed out on the title due to injuries to key players like Aaron Ramsey and Mesut Ozil.
All in all, Mourinho thinks the 65-year-old deserves the praise he gets and also insisted Wenger's talented team will have to win a trophy again soon.
"He has a dream job that we'd all love to have,” Mourinho told Sky Sports.
“I think every manager in the world would like the stability by being here year after year after year, to buy to sell and rebuild and wait and wait for success.
“What he did winning so many titles in a certain period gave him that credibility that he deserves.
“He’s a fantastic manager but I think he has a fantastic situation to be successful. When I look at the players and the squad I really think they have to win.”
