SWANSEA captain Ashley Williams has urged manager Garry Monk not to have his head turned by interest from other clubs.
Rookie boss Monk has guided the Swans to a record Premier League points haul and they are on course for a best finish of eighth after the weekend win over Stoke.
The 36-year-old Monk has seen him tipped as a Manager of the Year contender, and seen him linked with the likes of West Ham and Sunderland.
Swansea have had to get used to losing promising young managers, like Roberto Martinez and Brendan Rodgers and Williams said: "It would not surprise me if there is interest in Garry, we seem to lose a manager nearly every year.
"But from my point of view I think this is the perfect place for him to work and learn his craft at management."
