Balotelli is keen on bouncing back to form.

Mario Balotelli, who moved from Liverpool to AC Milan in the summer transfer window for a season-long loan, is convinced he'll prove critics wrong after scoring the first goal for the Serie A giants.

The forward is keen on getting his form back in his second spell at San Siro after a disappointing 2014-15 campaign with Liverpool.

"Slowly I'm starting to remove all the stones from my shoes, because in recent years, in Italy and England, they've concocted a lot of things about me. I've stayed silent," he told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"Are defenders trying to provoke me? Let them come and get their yellow cards, or try and take my legs out, but they won't be seeing the ball."
