Bellerin says Arsenal are determined to repair some of the damage done in midweek.

The Premier League weekend returns with Arsenal facing the Toffee's on Sunday at the Emirates stadium, and Bellerin says the Gunners are ready to "show it was an accident" that took place in their 3-1 defeat to Monaco in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

Arsenal currently sit in fourth position, following Manchester United’s 2-0 win over Sunderland at Old Trafford but Wenger's side have a chance to go third if they win Roberto Martinez's Everton who look like they are beginning to find form after a disappointing start to the campaign.

However, Bellerin admits the Gunners have a good chance to respond with a win over the Merseyside club.

"That's the good thing about football, that straight away you get the chance to play again, show people it was an accident and bounce back," the right-back told Arsenal Player.

"I think we just need to focus on that game, play the best we can, be united and hopefully be on the same run we were on before.

"Everton have got a lot of good players, especially up front like Romelu Lukaku and Kevin Mirallas. They're really good players with good technique and they'll score goals so we need to be careful.

"It's going to be a hard game because they need points that they've missed throughout the season. We know they're going to go 100 per cent."
