Chadli looking to start 2015 on a high with a victory over Chelsea.

Tottenham midfielder Nacer Chadli is confident Pochettino's side can secure a win over league leaders Chelsea.

Chelsea will be looking to respond with a win on New Year's Day after coming-off a 1-1 draw with Southampton over the weekend at the St Mary's.

With Tottenham yet to suffer a defeat in their last four Premier League games, and most recently against Manchester United which ended 0-0, the Lilywhites will be hoping to make it five games without a defeat as they face the Blues on Thursday.

And, Nacer Chadli isn’t worried about the threat Mourinho's team possess and says they are set to start the New Year on a high.

The Belgian said as quoted by The Sport Review: “I think we have a lot of confidence at this moment, we had a good draw on Sunday and we have been winning games as well.

“No games are easy but Newcastle beat Chelsea so why can’t we beat them?

“We have to play our game and we’ll see how we go.”

Pochettino's Tottenham are seventh in the Barclays Premier League table, 15 points off table toppers Chelsea.
