Chelsea and Barca transfer target Tagliafico open to move away from Ajax.

Tagliafico is opened to a move away from Ajax amid reported interest from Chelsea and Barcelona.

Left-back Tagliafico has revealed he is keeping fit. Argentine defender Nicolas Tagliafico has opened the door to several European heavyweights looking to secure his services by hinting he is ready to leave Ajax. The 27-year-old has been linked with Spanish giants Barcelona and Premier League club Chelsea.

More: Pulisic ready for Chelsea when Premier League returns. It is believed the Blaugranas are looking to sign the full-back as they see him as a perfect replacement for Junior Firpo, who has found it hard to fit in at the Nou Camp. “Ajax is a great club, but the Eredivisie is not a great competition. You must always have dreams. The preparations will start in August for around two months. But whether or not I'll leave... it's all uncertain,” Tagliafico told radio station Continental. “I'm trying to think about my condition, to stay fit as possible in case I go to another club. I'm standing on the sidelines. Maybe I'm on [Barcelona’s] list, but there is nothing concrete."
