Jorginho rues Chelsea's mistakes in draw to 10-man Arsenal.
Midfield ace Jorginho has expressed his disappointment with how Chelsea performed in their 2-2 draw with 10-man Arsenal on Tuesday night.
Jorginho broke the deadlock in the 28th minute from the penalty spot after David Luiz was shown a red card for his foul on Tammy Abraham in the penalty box.
The north London club got back into the game as Gabriel Martinelli replied for the Gunners in the 63rd minute with a cool finish after a long run from midfield.
Cesar Azpilicueta later restored the lead for Frank Lampard’s side inside the final 10 minutes as Chelsea looked to be heading for a win, however, Hector Bellerin had the final say as he levelled the score with Arsenal’s second shot of the game.
"We feel like we lost the game," Jorginho told BT Sport after the thrilling encounter at Stamford Bridge.
"We had the game in our hands, then in the last second conceded a goal when we shouldn't. It's hard. We need to move forward.
"I don't think it's confidence because we played well and were controlling the game. Something about concentration maybe. In these kinds of games, you lose in moments.
"We made mistakes. That is it. These big games are like this. You can win and lose the game in the details."
Jorginho is the first Chelsea player to score home and away against Arsenal in the same Premier League campaign since Juan Mata back in the 2012-13 season.
