Chelsea goalkeeper Asmir Begovic believes that Chelsea were unlucky in their game against West Ham United over the weekend in the English Premier League.
Chelsea continued their poor form as they were beaten by two goals to one at Upton Park.
Jose Mourinho was sent to the stands, while Nemanja Matic was sent off, reducing Chelsea to ten men.
'We performed pretty well over the 90 minutes,' said the Bosnian, reports Chelseafc.com.
'We got unlucky with the sending-off. I think we had a good goal disallowed as well, so things are just not going for us at the moment. I thought we were well in the game, no matter what the situation was, and the tiny little differences didn’t go our way.'
Speaking on the sending off, he said: 'It’s coming from all corners at the moment so we have to cope with that. We came back, we showed good character and I think our performance showed we are still positive and trying hard, it’s just that little moments are not going our way.'
Chelsea face Stoke city in the capital one cup tomorrow, and will be hoping to bounce back.
