Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher is backing Mourinho's side to secure the Barclays Premier League title come May 2015.
Chelsea lost 5-3 to Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane, their second defeat of the season, and are now on same points with rivals Manchester City - who sealed a win over Sunderland at the Etihad Stadium.
And despite Chelsea's defeat to Pochettino's side on New Year's Day, Jamie Carragher still has confidence in the west London club lifting the Premier League title at the end of the season.
“Chelsea & man city are now level on points, goals & goals against but I still fancy Chelsea,” the Liverpool legend wrote on Twitter.
“They’ve just finished a run of 3 away games out of 4, not at their biggest rivals but games as a player you always feel will be tricky, Stoke, Southampton & Spurs.
“Getting those games along with visiting Old Trafford, the Etihad, Anfield, St James’s & Goodison out the way makes me think they will just do it.”
