Chelsea won't sell Petr Cech to Arsenal, insists Blues legend Ray Wilkins.

The Czech star is set to leave Stamford Bridge at the end of the campaign after becoming frustrated playing second fiddle to Thibaut Courtois.

Ray Wilkins reckons there's no chance Chelsea will allow Petr Cech to join rivals Arsenal this summer.

The Blues stalwart is set to leave Stamford Bridge at the end of the campaign after becoming frustrated playing second fiddle to Thibaut Courtois.

Arsenal and PSG lead the chase for his signature, but former Chelsea assistant boss Wilkins insists the champions won't sell to another title contender.

He told talkSPORT: "If you look at Chelsea’s actions over the last few years, with the likes of Didier Drogba, Nicolas Anelka and Salomon Kalou, they were all sold outside the country so they couldn’t do any damage to the club in the Premier League.

"Jose Mourinho will do the same with Petr Cech."

Cech has made 15 appearances for the Blues this season, but just six have come in the Premier League.
