Antonio Conte hails Chelsea 3-0 win over Leicester.

Chelsea beat Premier League champions Leicester City on Saturday as the Blues bounced back to winning ways after defeat to Tottenham.

Marcos Alonso’s first two-goal of his Blues career and Pedro’s fourth goal in four matches helped the west London side extend the gap at the top to eight points, and following the win at the King Power stadium Conte expressed his delight at how his side performed.

He told BT Sport: "It was a good performance because it's not easy to come here and play against the champions, and to win in this way.

"And I'm very pleased because after the defeat against Tottenham, we started in the right way."

Chelsea have already picked up more points this season (52) than they managed in the whole of the 2015-16 campaign (50).
