Coutinho has dealt a blow to Europe’s elite sides.
Philippe Coutinho insists he is not planning to quit Barcelona despite rumours linking him with a move away from the Catalan club.
The Brazil international, who has been linked with Ligue 1 champions PSG, Premier League giants Manchester United and Chelsea, has quashed rumours suggesting he will leave Barca this summer.
He said as the Mirror quoted: “This is my second season here. I have won titles but I am always an ambitious and demanding player. So, I want more and more. But I’m happy. I wanted to play in Spain and I’m at the best club in Spain.”
The former Liverpool star, who has made 28 La Liga appearances for Barcelona this season, scoring five goals, added: “My head is exclusively in Barcelona. Returning to England now does not fit into my plans.”
