It's only a matter of time before Manchester United’s new signing Memphis Depay turns into a prolific goal-scorer, according to Daley Blind.
The Netherlands international failed to find the back of the net when he had a clear chance in United’s 1-0 win over Aston Villa on Friday night and didn't trouble Spurs goal keeper Hugo Lloris on his debut at Old Trafford, but midfield star Blind is convinced the former PSV winger will be a hit at Man United.
“I think it’s a matter of time for Memphis. You’ve seen how much quality he has and how strong he is,” Blind is quoted as saying by United’s website.
Blind added: “We can see some nice things from him. He’s just got to keep going, he tries very hard and the goals will come for sure.”
