Eden Hazard: We need to change.

Hazard talks up Chelsea poor start to the 2015/16 campaign.

Chelsea winger Eden Hazard says the Blues have to change if they are to have any chance of retaining the Premier League title.

The west London club have only secured a point after two Premier League clashes - in which they drew Swansea 2-2 at Stamford Bridge and lost 3-0 to Manchester City at the Etihad last Sunday.

The champions travel to West Bromwich to play Tony Pulis' side at The Hawthorns and the Belgium international insists they have to put in a better performance.

"Of course we need to change, we have just one point," Hazard told Gillette Soccer Saturday (Sky Sports' weekly TV programme).

"We need to play our game, our football. We need to score more goals, defend very well. Everybody has to be better.

"I'm not surprised [how hard it has been]. The manager said to the players last season 'you will see next season will be hard'.

"It's the beginning of the season, we have to work. Now we play the third game and if we want to be at the top at the end, we have to start winning games."
