Fellaini praises Man United team spirit.

Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini says the spirit within the United dressing room is high, after the Reds' never say die attitude led them to a 1-0 win at Newcastle.

The Red Devils had to wait for a late goal on Wednesday night when they played the Magpies. Ashley Young's 89th minute goal secured three points for Louis van Gaal's side and Fellaini praised his team-mates ahead of their FA Cup tie against Arsenal on Monday night.

“We always keep going and scored in the last minute,” the Belgian told MUTV. “The spirit was good, we continued [probing] and that is important.

“We have showed it [the spirit] already a lot of times now and we have to continue like that,” he added. We have a big game on Monday, so it is good for the confidence.”

And regarding the quarter-final tie against the Gunners, Fellaini thinks it’ll be a tough encounter.

“It will be a challenge," the former Everton man declared. "Monday is a massive game. We have to win it in one game because playing at Arsenal would be difficult. The FA Cup is a special competition, a big trophy in England. I lost a final. I played in a semi-final. This season, I can win [it].”
