Gabriel Jesus has quashed rumours linking him with a move away from Manchester City, adding there is no chance he and Sergio Aguero will leave the Etihad before the next campaign.
The Brazil international is currently away representing his country in the Copa America after starting just eight Premier League matches for the Citizens in the 2018-19 season.
His few appearances was due to Sergio Aguero’s form but it led to various tabloids suggesting the 22-year-old would seek a move from the club. Rumours Jesus denies as he commits his future to City. And he also hailed his strike partner Aguero.
"He is a legend at the club - he's the top scorer [of all time]," he told the Daily Mail. "Obviously as a player I always want to play, but I'm happy to help and I respect Sergio.
"I think it's out of the question that Aguero leaves, and me too."
