Midfield ace Granit Xhaka has revealed his thoughts on Arsenal’s new summer recruits.

Granit Xhaka has lavished praise on Arsenal’s new signings, Gabriel Jesus and Fabio Vieira, saying both players have a winning mentality.

Both Jesus and Fabio have already won league titles before arriving at the Emirates Stadium and that is a massive plus for Mikel Arteta’s Gunners going into the 2022-23 campaign after narrowly missing out on a top four spot (to Spurs) last season due to lack of experience.

"They are bringing something more than just games and wins," Xhaka told Sky Sports. "They're bringing a mentality of winning something and this is what we need here. It's easy to speak, but you have to show it on the pitch.

"Our signings this summer bring this experience. Gabby [Gabriel Jesus] knows the Premier League, and he's already won almost everything, but the most important thing is to bring players in who have hunger as well.

"You can win a lot of trophies and think that's enough but these guys want to win much more with Arsenal. This is what makes us very happy to have them."
