Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin has said that the Gunners need to improve their goal-scoring after going three consecutive home games without scoring.
The Gunners were held to a goalless draw on wednesday by Sunderland, and Hector had the following to say: “It was a frustrating night,” the defender told Arsenal Player, Arsenal.com reports.
“We had loads of chances and we should have won that game. It seems like lately we’ve been a bit unlucky in front of goal because we get loads of chances but we don’t seem to be as efficient as before, so we’ve got to improve that.
“We had chances, especially in the second half, and the team didn’t give up. We kept having chances but there’s times that the ball doesn’t want to go in and that’s something you can’t fight.
“We hit the post as well and we just feel like we’re unlucky. It’s a bit frustrating but we just need to keep our head up and concentrate on the next game.”
