Hudson-Odoi can’t wait to start playing again.
Callum Hudson-Odoi has revealed when he will return to action for Chelsea.
The winger suffered an Achilles injury in Chelsea's 2-2 draw against Burnley in April but he has confirmed he’ll be available for selection after the international break, handing his new boss Frank Lampard a much needed boost.
"I was scared it could take longer but really recovery has gone very well.”
The 18-year-old, who underwent surgery shortly after his injury and spent the summer in rehabilitation, said his ‘recovery has gone really well’.
"Recovery has gone really well and I feel good," he told Sky Sports News on Saturday.
"Hopefully I can be back after the international break. We have to just get things going and hopefully everything goes to plan.
