Callum Hudson-Odoi says he is feeling well and is recovering from the coronavirus symptoms.

The 19-year-old England winger was showing signs of COVID-19 earlier this week and was isolated since Thursday after he tested positive for the virus.

Taking to social media yesterday, Hudson-Odoi posted a selfie video saying: ‘Hi guys. As you may be aware, I had the virus for the last couple of days, which I’ve recovered from. I’m following the health guidelines and self-isolating myself from everybody for the week.

‘I hope to see everybody soon and hopefully be back on the pitch very soon. Take care.’

A Chelsea football club statement read: “We wish Callum a speedy recovery and look forward to welcoming him back to the club soon.”
