Griezmann: Winning Ballon d'Or will be tough as Messi and Ronaldo are still around.
Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann reckons his chances of winning the Ballon d'Or is so little so far Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are still playing. Messi and Ronaldo have won the last eight of the individual award, with the Barca star winning it Messi five times and Ronaldo on three occasions. However, Griezmann, who is expected to challenge for the Ballon d'Or after helping his club Atletico Madrid to the Champions League final and his performance for France at Euro 2016, says it'll be a hard task to lift the award ahead of the Messi and Ronaldo.

"Cristiano Ronaldo will be a legend of the game in 10 years' time or so. It is up to me to keep working hard to reach that level. I work hard every day to improve. "Ronaldo has enjoyed a great season. He won the Champions League and Euro 2016. It would be deserved if he wins the Ballon d'Or. "But there is always Messi to take into account.
