Branislav Ivanovic believes Chelsea are capable of beating Tottenham in the Capital One Cup final on Sunday.
Jose Mourinho's men take on Tottenham at the Wembley stadium looking to secure their first piece of silverware since the Portuguese boss made his return to Stamford Bridge.
The Premier League leaders are favourites in this tie and Ivanovic reckons the same as he hopes the Blues can conquer Pochettino's team on the day.
“We know what we have to do," Ivanovic told Chelsea’s website.
“It’s definitely going to be a very tough game but we are ready and we are looking forward to it. We want it. You have this special feeling inside you when a final is coming and we all want the game to start right now.
“I think our team like to play these kinds of games. Everyone at this club knows how to play finals.
“Footballers want to play finals, footballers want to win trophies. That’s why we are here.”
The 31-year-old has been fantastic for Chelsea so far this season, scoring four goals and registered three assists in 26 Premier League matches this season.
