Lopez pleased with Spurs move.

Pau Lopez is happy as he is fulfilling his long time dream of playing in England.

The 21-year-old sealed a season-long loan move to north London side Tottenham from La Liga club Espanyol.

The Spaniard already worked with Mauricio Pochettino while the Spurs boss was at the Estadi Cornella-El Prat.

"To play for a team like Spurs is a dream come true,” Lopez - Pau Lopez is eager to earn the trust of Pochettino - told Spurs’ official website.

“I've dreamed of playing in England since I was a kid, but I couldn't imagine I could play with a team like Spurs. It's a great opportunity.

"I hope to learn a lot, improve a lot as a goalkeeper and adapt to life on and off the pitch. I'm very excited and I hope the fans are also happy I'm here."
