Lucas Vazquez was “satisfied with the match but not the result”

Lucas Vazquez was disappointed Real Madrid couldn’t seal a win over Barcelona in the first leg of their Copa del Rey semi-final clash on Wednesday night. Barcelona came from behind at the Camp Nou to draw 1-1 with their bitter rivals as Malcom’s 57th minute strike cancelled out Vazquez’s sixth minute opener. And after the draw, the Los Blancos star said they deserved more.

"We were better," Lucas said after the game as Marca quoted. "We had more chances. The draw is not a fair result.

"At home we have to make this draw into something positive. We have to go out to reach the final.

"We missed the final few yards. They squeezed, which is normal as they were at home. We have to be satisfied with the match but not the result."
