Stoke central midfielder Sidwell will be out for six weeks due to a knee ligament injury [according to reports] he got in thier 1-0 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield.

Mark Hughes' side have a few players out due to injury: Victor Moses (thigh), Robert Huth (calf), Peter Odemwingie (knee) and Dionatan Teixeira (broken foot) and former Sunderland right back Phil Bardsley could be available for selection after missing the match on Saturday.

Van Gaal said it'll be a different kind of test for his side but hopes to secure three points which would make it their fourth win on the bounce under the Dutchman.
