Bruno Fernandes has had a major impact on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's Red Devil’s.
Manchester United winger Daniel James has explained how Bruno Fernandes influences the dressing room at Od Trafford.
The Portugal international has been a sensation following his move from Sportin Lisbon in January 2020, and he has continued his heroics, scoring a total of 22 goals and registering 13 assists in all competitions this season.
United are set to face Real Sociedad, and it is believed the midfield maestro could be rested for the Europa League game on Thursday after bagging a brace against the LaLiga club last week.
Speaking ahead of the clash at Old Trafford, James spoke about how influential Fernandes has been since he arrived at United.
“Bruno has been unbelievable since he’s come in and not just on the pitch, but off the pitch as well,” the Welshman told the club’s official website.
“He’s a real character and he’s brought a lot to the changing room.
"You can see he’s brought a lot to the pitch.
“We do speak a lot because I need to be on the same wavelength as him and, if I can know what he’s going to do before he does it, then it’s going to help both of us.
“I think in a game, there are times when he’s not even looked at you and you know that he’s seen your first five (yard runs).
“I’ve seen so many of those balls this season. It’s just great to play with him and, hopefully, I can keep having a great connection with him.”
