Inter insist Martinez will not be sold for anything less than his €111million buyout clause.

Former Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti says they will not stand in the way of Lautaro Martinez if the forward "has the idea of being somewhere else"

Argentine star Lautaro Martinez continues to be linked with a move away from the San Siro, with Spanish giants Barcelona reportedly eager to seal his services as they see him as a perfect long term replacement for Luis Suarez.

The Nerazzurri are willing to let the 24-year-old leave but for nothing less than his €111million buyout clause, says Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio.

"You can't hold someone who has the idea of being somewhere else," Moratti told Sportmediaset when he was quizzed about Martinez.

"That would put him in a position to remain involuntarily or, in any case with a different impulse, in the same place."

Moratti added: "Right now here maybe we have to see how [Christian] Eriksen is doing, but otherwise he is a great midfielder.

"Then you will need someone on the wings, certainly."
