Matuidi has 'no regrets' over PSG stay.

Blaise Matuidi has said he doesn't regret his decision to remain at the Parc des Princes despite his desire to join Serie A champions Juventus during the summer transfer window.

The France international, who claims he is happy at Paris Saint-Germain, was linked with a number of sides across Europe, including Juve and Manchester United.

"Yes, very happy [to have stayed]," Matuidi - who has spent five years as a key player at PSG - told Le Parisien.

"I am very happy and I think it shows on the field. I take pleasure [from being here] and I have no regrets today.

"That belongs to the past, it's behind me. I'm focused and completely with PSG."
