Neymar has likened Gary Medel's foul on him during Brazil's 1-0 win over Chile to something from UFC.
A free kick was given by referee Martin Atkinson during the first half of the international friendly at Emirates Stadium when Medel brought down Neymar.
Barcelona's Neymar was seen in some pain after the challenge and replays showed that Medel's boot was planted on the forward's calf.
The Inter Milan midfielder escaped a card from the referee, and, speaking after the game, Neymar was unhappy with the tackle, likening it to something from UFC, the Mixed Martial Arts promotion.
He said: "That can't be considered part of the game, no. If we say that is part of the game, then the name [of the sport] is wrong. We can't call it football -- we should call it UFC.
"But what can we do? The referee didn't see it. He's there but he didn't see it. There are four officials and nobody saw anything.
"I am the one who suffers the pain. I think it is because of the rivalry [between Brazil and Chile], and you end up suffering because of it."
Regarding referee Atkinson, Neymar added: "We have someone on the pitch who's in charge, and he has to issue a punishment. You have to have an eye on these things."
