ORLANDO HOLD HERNANDEZ TALKS, SAYS ORLANDO CITY OWNER FLAVIO AUGUSTO DA SILVA.
Mexico international Javier Hernandez could be on his way out of Old Trafford, and MLS side Orlando City are in talks to secure the services of Chicharito, who spent the last campaign on loan at Real Madrid. The striker has one year left on his current Manchester United contract.
According to Da Silva, negotiations to secure a move to Florida for Chicharito are at an early stage.
"Regarding Chicharito, of course he's a great player that every club in the world would love to have and we'd love the chance to have him," Da Silva told the Orlando Sentinel.
"Right now we don't have anything done, and you know during the process of negotiations the less we talk about it the better.
“So we'll see if there is a possibility and then we'll move forward. We hope in one or two weeks to be ready to talk about Chicharito in a different way."
