Paul Ince is siding with Jose Mourinho over Paul Pogba.

Mourinho had a decision to make ahead of the Arsenal game - and made the right one, says United legend.

Paul Ince is convinced Jose Mourinho made the right call to drop Paul Pogba when Manchester United hosted Arsenal on Wednesday.

The former England international doesn’t think the World Cup winner is good enough to play week in week out for the Red Devils at the moment.

"It feels like every time I speak about Man United, it's about Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku. I'm getting bored of them both," Ince told Paddy Power News.

"Against Arsenal, the game was quite exciting and fun – which is rare for United at the minute - until those two came on the pitch.

"It wasn't necessarily top class football on display, but it was enjoyable, and that's all the fans wanted."

Mourinho’s side host Claudio Ranieri’s Cottagers, and Ince will be looking to see what the United manager's team selection will be.

He added: "The big decision for Jose Mourinho now is whether he keeps the same side for the Fulham game.

"He keeps chopping and changing it, and I can see why.

"He did the right thing in dropping Pogba and Lukaku, they don't seem remotely interested, and they're just not good enough."
