Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino didn't give much out when he was asked about the Lilywhites' transfer plans at his pre-match press conference.
However, he confirmed himself and the club chairman Daniel Levy communicate regularly.
“We have maybe, every day, some chat, five or 10 minutes,” he said, as skysports.com reported.“We have a very good relationship with all the departments of the club and we know we are ready to take the better decision for the team and the future of the club.
"But that doesn't mean we need to bring players in or not. The better decision may be to bring players in or not to bring players in.
“If we can improve our squad, it is sure we take the decision to bring in a player if we identify a player.”
