Rangel hoping for victory at the Emirates.

Swansea City player Angel Rangel is hoping for a victory over Arsenal in the Premier League when the two sides meet on Saturday at the Emirates stadium.

The Swans have won three of their last four encounters against the Gunners at the Emirates, drawing the other one.

“We have a very good record there, and that gives you confidence as you approach the game because you know you’ve got results there in the past,” said Rangel, Swansea's official website reports.

“We also have a new manager so we need to show a response for him.

“The gaffer has tried to sharpen things up a bit, and he’s told us how he wants us to play – on and off the ball.

“For sure, the boys are listening to everything and giving everything they have.

“We also need points on board too. We’ve played well in the last couple of games but we didn’t get any points.

“Arsenal are in good form and are looking very sharp at home, but we’ve won there in the past, so we are hoping for another victory tomorrow.”
