Ronaldo return to Manchester United gathers pace.

Everything seems to be in place for Ronaldo to return to Manchester United.

Manchester United are preparing a big-money bid to bring Cristiano Ronaldo back to Old Trafford, according to Spanish journalist Guillem Balague.

The Red Devils have been linked with a move to lure the star player back to the Premier League surrounded by reports that the 29-year-old is unsettled at Los Blancos.

Balague believes Cristiano Ronaldo is thinking of going back And that Ronaldo is seriously considering a possible return to the club he left back in 2009.

“I do believe Manchester United are preparing an offer, or have got an offer in place, for Cristiano Ronaldo and have had for months,” Balague told Sky Sports.

“I do believe he is thinking of going back, but there will undoubtedly be more on that later!

“He dreams of going back to Manchester United and Manchester United have got all the finances in place to get him".

In 2009 Ronaldo left Manchester United to join Real Madrid for a world-record £80m after scoring 118 goals in 292 appearances for the Red Devils.
