According to widespread reports, the 25-year-old attacker signed a five-year deal worth around £90,000-a-week.
Salah, who struggled to make an impact at Stamford Bridge three-and-a-half years ago before his move to the Serie A, will wear the No.11 shirt at Anfield following his move from Roma.
However, when asked if he was a better player now than when he was at Chelsea, the Egypt international told LFCTV: “100% yes. They have paid a lot of money for that!

“I always try to improve and get better and better. I think last season was my best season.

On his versatility, he said: “When we played five at the back at Roma I played as the second striker, like the No 10.
“Sometimes I go on the left. I can play anywhere along the front.”
