Sarri sad to see old club Napoli exit Europa League.

Sarri has admitted he was disappointed that Arsenal had reached the semi-finals.

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is unhappy Arsenal qualified for the Europa League semi-finals.

The Gunners progressed to the last four of the competition after beating Napoli 1-0 (3-0 on aggregate) on Thursday night.

However, the Blues boss reflected on the result between his old side and the Gunners, saying he isn’t happy ‘Napoli are out’.

Speaking to the Metro, the Italian said: "I’m not happy that Napoli are out because, if the final is Chelsea v Napoli, I’m sure at the end of the match I’d be really happy."

He added: ‘This time I don’t want to play the final; I want to win the final.

‘To win the competition it’ll be very difficult. Eintracht are a great team with a wonderful striker in Luka Jovic.’

Chelsea saw off Slavia Prague in the quarterfinals of the Europa League to set up a clash with Eintracht Frankfurt, while Unai Emery’s Gunners will play LaLiga side Valencia in the semi-final.
