MONK: BIG BOYS NOT FOR SALE
Swansea boss Garry Monk has warned the Premier League top sides to keep away from his players in the January transfer window, writes Wales Online.
Swansea have been impressive so far this season as they were in the last and they sit in eighth place on the table after two wins, two draws and a defeat.
According to reports, the likes of Williams, Bafetimbi Gomis and Jefferson Montero are set to attract interest from the big boys when the transfer window re-opens in January, and Monk expressed how keen he is on keeping his players committed to the Liberty Stadium.
“My players are committed to Swansea. You can see that by the way they pla,” Monk said.
“At times money does talk. But I know the chairman welland unless it suits us, no player will go anywhere.
“The players are all enjoying it at the moment.”
