Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho has labelled the signing of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Joe Hart as "amazing".

The Portuguese is delighted Spurs secured the signature of Midfielder Hojbjerg and goalkeeper Hart as he believes it has been a great business for the North London club.

Hojbjerg moved from Southampton to Spurs last week for a reported fee of £20m while ex-Manchester City shot-stopper Hart joined the Lilywhites on a free transfer after he was released from Burnley this summer.

All in all, Mourinho hailed chairman Daniel Levy especially for signing Denmark international Hojbjerg for a modest fee.

"The club found very intelligently the moment to do it," Mourinho said on Spurs TV.

"It was the last year of contract for Pierre, his club was in a difficult situation in terms of negotiation so I think Mr Levy did amazing for us getting such a good player for us."
