We are up for the challenge despite ban on signing players, says Enrique.

LA Liga champions Barcelona will pull through their current state of not being able to sign any player this summer, says head coach Luis Enrique.

The Catalan club were banned from bringing in new players until January 2016 as they breached rules on signing international players under the age of 18, but Enrique insists they can overcome the challenge awaiting them.

"From the beginning, we knew that this was a tough and hard sanction,” said Enrique. “But in this club, given the harsh circumstances we had to go through during the past years, we are used to these type of obstacles.

“We are ready to overcome many obstacles and that we are ready to compete. Which is what every football team should be ready for."

The European champions have sealed the services of Aleix Vidal and Arda Turan but they won't be able to play until January next year.
