Gunners midfielder Jack Wilshere has revealed how "desperate" he is to play for England against Scotland on Tuesday.
The 22-year-old played the whole 90 minutes in the 3-1 win over Slovenia as the Three Lions made it their fourth successive victory on Saturday.
Arsene Wenger's side play Manchester United at the Emirates on Saturday and the Arsenal boss will hope Wilshere doesn't play the full match to keep him fresh for the clash.
But, Wilshere is really keen to play their biggest rivals Scotland.
Wilshere said: "He's already given us a speech about England-Scotland and told us that back in the day it was the highlight of the season."
"We know what we're walking into and we'll be ready. It's going to be a great atmosphere.
"I want to play. I'm desperate to play. They are the games that every England player wants to be playing in."
England have not played Scotland on Scottish soil since 1999.
