La Liga giants Real Madrid "are interested" in signing France international Paul Pogba from Juventus this summer, Zinedine Zidane told French radio station RTL.

The sought after midfield star has been linked with a move to various top clubs in Europe including Real Madrid.

Manchester City reportedly saw their bid for Pogba rejected last week, and Zidane revealed Los Blancos are looking to land the Juve Man.

“I think he’s fantastic,” said the Castilla coach.

“What I like about him is that he has everything. He’s a complete player, who is also capable of scoring goals as he likes to get forward.

“In terms of his footballing qualities, he’s extraordinary. A lot of clubs are interested, we can also talk about Real."

European champions Barcelona have been heavily linked with the in-demand player in recent weeks.
