Gianfranco Zola says Chelsea’s 3-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday in the FA Cup is certainly a good result.
Callum Hudson-Odoi scored in what could be his last game for Chelsea as they beat Wednesday in the FA Cup fourth round.
The away-side had a penalty award overturned by VAR in the first half at Stamford Bridge before the Blues took the lead via a spot-kick by Willian.
Maurizio Sarri’s side then doubled their lead with a fine finish by Hudson-Odoi - who has handed in a transfer request amid interest from Bayern Munich, and Willian scored the third (his 51st goal in all competitions for the Blues) with seven minutes to go as they sealed a spot in the fifth round of football’s oldest competition.
However, following the win, Chelsea's assistant boss told BBC Sport: "It's certainly a good result, we're very happy. We know how difficult these cup ties can be. Everyone made a really good effort.
"We performed very well against Spurs and again today after the first few minutes.
"We are pleased with Gonzalo Higuain's performance, he was trying to find the space and get on the ball. It wasn't easy as they had a lot of players round him.”
Chelsea have lost just one of their past 38 home FA Cup matches (W32 D5), with that coming against Bradford in 2014-15.
