Jude Bellingham missed Real Madrid's match against Valladolid due to a calf injury sustained during training a few days prior.
The 21-year-old midfielder was unable to finish a session on Friday, just over two weeks before England's Nations League campaign begins.
Los Blancos confirmed that Bellingham underwent medical tests on his right calf, and his progress will be monitored. Reports suggest he could be out until late September, ruling him out of England's upcoming matches against the Republic of Ireland and Finland.
Although frustrated about missing games, Bellingham admitted that his body might need more rest after a busy year.
In his absence, Endrick made a memorable Real Madrid debut, scoring in the final moments of their 3-0 victory over Real Valladolid. Despite early frustrations, Federico Valverde's deflected goal in the 50th minute gave Madrid the lead.
Brahim Diaz extended the advantage in the 88th minute, and Endrick, the 18-year-old Brazilian forward, added the third goal in stoppage time, showcasing his potential.
Madrid had struggled to break down Valladolid's defence for most of the match but found more space as their opponents sought an equaliser. This win marked Madrid's first La Liga victory of the season, following a draw in their opener.
