The former Juve midfielder's favourite player was his compatriot Thierry Henry.
Manchester United's Paul Pogba has revealed he used to be an Arsenal fan when he was a boy.
The 27-year-old said he "used to love (Thierry) Henry and, because of him, I was an Arsenal fan"
Pogba joined the 20-time champions from French club Le Havre AC when he was 16 back in 2009. He left Old Trafford for Serie A club Juventus three years later, and then returned to the Theatre of Dreams in 2016, for then a world-record fee.
Arsenal's record goalscorer Henry was among several players, who Pogba named as his favourites when he was a kid.
"I will be honest. So, at the start, I was an Arsenal fan - obviously because of all the French players, you know," Pogba told United's official podcast.
"Me and my brother were but my other brother was a Manchester United fan.
"I couldn't say anything so I used to love Henry and, because of him, I was an Arsenal fan. Then I changed and went on to choose with my other brother. No Arsenal, I went with the other one, the United fan!"
